BIOGRAPHY

Rosa Gattuso was
born in 1962 in Alia (PA), Italy. She has lived in the
Turin region since 1963.
She started painting when she was very young, as she was
very fond of it and had natural talent.
In 1986 she became known and obtained success in several
competitions, some on a national level.
In 1987 she was one of the member of the group that
founded the "Circolo Artisti Valli di Lanzo": she has
organized a lot of personal exhibition as well as
participating in collections of exhibitions, with great
success.
Her painting research has gone through various styles,
finishing up in contemporary figurative art. An able and
refined artist, she is very good at portraying artistic
portraits and produces varying themes for collectionists.
Some of her works representing religious themes, some of
very large dimensions, can be seen in some of the
churches in the Turin area (Mappano, Robassomero, Ciriè).

Her works are found in
collections in Italy, Florida, Hawaii, Germany and
Greece.
She is now living and working in San Maurizio Canavese (Turin).

hearts and souls, throught those emotions that only art
can give us. The paint palette colours white canvas
